As I've said before, I believe in a good breakfast! It is the first shot you get at nutrition for the day, so I like to make it a good one. It is especially important now that school is back in session.
This morning, the kids had:
-Whole wheat English muffin with light cream cheese
-Fresh pineapple
-Plain organic light yogurt with a drizzle of chocolate syrup
Yummy, fast, and inexpensive!
