I can't speak highly enough about frozen veggies in the microwave steam packs! Cheap, easy, healthy, and no funky stuff added. WAY healthier than canned! I normally avoid the ones with added sauces and such.We have these almost every night - just toss in the microwave and keep going!
I love these too! If it's not fresh produce, this is pretty much the only other thing I buy. Plus, SO EASY!
ReplyDeleteI buy large bags of frozen vegetables and put the amount I want in a pyrex dish with a dash of water, put the top on and cook in the microwave. Just like steamed. My husband does this and puts spaghetti sauce on the veggies for lunch a lot of days.
