A yummy Friday lunch

 Today's packed lunch:

Tuna salad*
Dill pickles
Low-fat string cheese
Wheat crackers with cheese
100 calorie pretzel bar
Low-sodium V-8

*Tuna salad recipe:
-1 can chunk light tuna in water
-1 tsp. light mayo
-1 tsp. mustard
-1 tsp. relish
-1 tsp. chopped celery
-salt, pepper, onion powder to taste

  1. have you tried using plain yogurt in place of mayo? you wont know the difference. temphe also is a good substitute for the tuna. the multi-grain has a great mock tuna salad. the first time i made it i was surprised it wasn't tuna. i also use plain yogurt when making mac & cheese (amy's organic) in place of milk.
